Angela Mai, Founder
Angela was inspired to create Organized Calm after experiencing several relocations with her young family. These moves sparked her passion for organizing as she enjoyed the process of editing her family’s belongings and designing functional systems in their new homes.
In 2017, Angela moved from her native Australia to California, where she decided to channel her love of organizing into a business that could help others. This marked the birth of Organized Calm. Another relocation in 2019 brought her to her current home in Plano, Texas, where she has since built a successful team of skilled Professional Organizers serving clients across the Dallas area.
Before becoming a Professional Organizer, Angela spent 15 years in financial services, working in Australia and London, UK. As a Financial Adviser, she provided practical and straightforward advice to help clients simplify their finances, a skill set that seamlessly transitioned into her organizing career.

Lead Organizer
Milain brings a ray of sunshine to every project, going above and beyond to transform spaces into functional, beautiful areas that shine.
Originally from a farm in Oregon's picturesque Willamette Valley, Milain has called Texas home for 25 years. She’s a proud wife and mom to two daughters, balancing family life with her passion for organization.
Milain’s favorite spaces to organize are closets and bathrooms, believing that a well-organized start to your day sets the tone for a stress-free life.
When she’s not organizing, Milain stays active by volunteering with FFA and supporting her daughter in raising show heifers. She also loves traveling, hiking, and soaking up the great outdoors.
Angela.C
Lead Organizer
Angela brings a calming, hardworking energy to our team, paired with a keen eye for design that transforms every space she touches.
Originally from Oklahoma, Angela has called Dallas home for the past 20 years. She is happily married and a proud mom to three sons—two living and working in Dallas and one currently in college.
Angela’s favorite spaces to organize are kitchens and pantries, which she considers the heart of the home. She loves creating warm, functional spaces where families naturally gather and enjoys the instant transformation a well-organized pantry can bring.
When she’s not organizing, Angela enjoys reading, walking, and tackling DIY projects that inspire her creativity.
Rachel
Lead Organizer
Rachel approaches every project with a can-do attitude, a bright smile, and a knack for making spaces both functional and beautiful.
Originally from Philadelphia, Rachel has called Dallas home for the past 15 years. She’s a busy mom to two active kids—a 13-year-old son and a 11-year-old daughter—whose energy keeps her on her toes!
Rachel’s favorite space to organize is the playroom. As a mom herself, she understands the ever-changing stages of play and the challenges of making the most of limited space. She loves creating practical and stylish play areas that work for the entire family.
In her downtime, Rachel enjoys baking, decorating, and giving new life to old furniture through restoration projects.
Dana
Organizer
Dana is a sweet, caring hard worker with a heart of gold. Raised in a military family, she’s lived all over the world but now proudly calls Dallas home.
Dana and her husband share their lives with a lively “zoo” of rescue dogs, birds, cat, & a rotating cast of foster animals.
Dana’s favorite spaces to organize are functional ones where she can create practical solutions. With a degree in Interior Design & Art History, she is passionate about crafting beautiful spaces.
An active member of her community, Dana dedicates her time she volunteers with various animal rescue organizations, Meals on Wheels, and her church, embodying her generous spirit in every aspect of her life.
Holly
Organizer
Holly recently relocated to Dallas from California to be closer to her daughter’s family, while her son still resides on the West Coast. She is a proud grandmother to three energetic grandchildren who are the light of her life.
Holly’s favorite spaces to organize are kitchens and closets. She believes that an organized home not only streamlines daily life but also brings clarity and calm to the mind.
Outside of organizing, Holly and her husband are active members of their church and enjoy traveling, running, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.
Helene
Organizer
Born and raised in Texas, Helene brings her love of order and structure to every space she transforms. With a down-to-earth and lighthearted approach, she makes the organizing process both enjoyable and stress-free. Helene firmly believes that “an organized space is an organized mind is an organized life,” a philosophy that shines through in every project she takes on.
Helene’s passion lies in creating functional, beautiful environments tailored to her clients’ needs. Outside of organizing, she cherishes time with her family, enjoys exploring new destinations, and unwinds with a relaxing round of golf.
Amy
Team Support Manager
Originally from Canada, Amy has spent most of her life in the Dallas area. She and her husband are proud parents of 16-year-old triplets and two lively Goldendoodle puppies, ensuring there’s never a dull moment at home!
Amy plays a key role in supporting our team, expertly managing inventory and ensuring that all organizing products arrive on time and ready to transform your space.
In her free time, Amy loves decorating, enjoying live music, and dedicating her energy to volunteering with children’s cancer foundations—a cause close to her heart
