Angela Mai, Owner and Founder
Angela was inspired to create Organized Calm after several relocations with her young family.
While preparing for these moves, she enjoyed the process of editing her family’s belongings and designing organizing systems in their new homes. After moving to California from her native Australia in 2017, she decided to channel her passion for organizing and helping others, and her home organizing company Organized Calm was born. Another relocation in 2019, saw her move to her current home of Plano, Texas. She has built a team of skilled Professional Organizers working with clients in the Dallas area.
Before becoming a Professional Organizer, Angela spent 15 years working in financial services in Australia and London, UK. During her time as a Financial Adviser, she provided practical and sensible advice on simplifying her client’s finances.

Milain
Lead Organizer
Milain is a ray of sunshine who goes above and beyond for our clients to make their spaces shine!
She grew up on a farm in the Willamette Valley of Oregon but has lived in Texas for 25 years. She is married with 2 daughters and a dog from Kuwait.
She loves to organize a good closet and bathroom! She believes that organization in these areas, allows you to start your day off stress-free.
Milain enjoys volunteering with FFA and helping her daughter raise show goats. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, enjoying the great outdoors, a good book, crafting, painting, and an occasional furniture flip!
Rachel
Lead Organizer
Rachel tackles any project easily and always with a smile. She has a can-do attitude and always leaves the spaces she works in looking beautiful.
She is originally from Philadelphia but has lived in Dallas for the past 15 years. She has two active kiddos, a 12-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.
Rachel loves to organize playrooms. As a mom, she remembers the various stages of play and what worked well in her home where lack of space was an issue. She enjoys the process of creating a functional and aesthetic area for all family members.
When she’s not enjoying seeing her kids engaged in their favorite activities, she loves to bake, decorate, and restore old (and sometimes ugly) furniture.
Angela.C
Lead Organizer
Angela brings a peaceful and hardworking energy to our team and has a great eye for design.
She is originally from Oklahoma but has lived in Dallas for 20 years. She is married and has three sons, two live and work in Dallas and one is in college.
Her favorite spaces to organize are kitchens and pantries because they are the heart of the home. Kitchens are a warm, functional space where everyone likes to gather, and a pantry is a place you can see big changes in a short time frame.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking, and DIY projects.

Holly
Organizer
Holly recently moved to Dallas from California. While her son still lives in California, she and her husband came to Texas to live near her daughter’s family.
She has three busy grandchildren who are the light of her life.
Her favorite place to organize is the kitchen and closets and believes that an organized home helps to organize your mind.
Holly and her husband are active in their church and love to travel and of course, spend lots of time with their grandchildren. She also loves to run and garden.
Dana
Organizer
Dana is a sweet, caring hard worker with a heart of gold. She was raised in the military and has lived all over the world but calls Dallas home!
Dana and her husband have five rescue dogs, two birds, and a senior cat, plus there’s always a foster (or two) in their zoo.
She loves organizing all spaces and finding solutions, but her favorites are functional ones like garages and laundries. She has a degree in Interior Design and Art History, and loves creating beautiful spaces too!
She volunteers with a variety of animal rescue groups and travels worldwide to help rescue animals of all kinds. She is very involved in her community through Meals on Wheels and her Church.
Kristie
Organizer
Kristie is hard-working and loves helping clients create systems, so they can continue with their busy lives and feel more settled when they come home.
She hails from Boston and is married with a 7-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter. They are a proud Military family and are always on the go with activities and adventures.
She loves to organize closets and garages.
Kristie likes to craft, work out, and travel. Volunteering is a big passion for me -she currently holds a position on her PTA, School Board, and is also a Girl Scout Leader.
