Our team of Professional Organizers bring practical experience, thoughtful planning, and friendly, nonjudgmental support to every project. We take time to understand how each household lives, then create systems that feel natural to use and realistic to maintain.
Angela Mai, Founder
Angela founded Organized Calm after experiencing several moves with her young family and discovering how much an organized home can reduce stress during a transition.
Originally from Australia, Angela moved to California in 2017 and then to Dallas in 2019. Before starting Organized Calm, she spent 15 years in financial services in Australia and London. Helping clients simplify complex decisions shaped the clear, personalized approach she now brings to managing our professional organizing projects.
As a mom of two teenage boys, Angela understands the reality of balancing work, family, and a busy home. She leads Organized Calm with warmth, careful attention to detail, and a focus on systems that genuinely support daily life.

Rachel
Lead - Professional Organizer
Rachel thrives on helping busy families reclaim their space. With her upbeat personality and practical mindset, she loves finding creative ways to make every room work harder for the people who use it every day.
Originally from Philadelphia, Rachel has called Dallas home for the past 15 years. As a mom of two active kiddos, she understands firsthand how quickly family spaces can become cluttered and how important flexible organizing systems are.
Playrooms are Rachel's specialty. She enjoys creating spaces that encourage creativity while making cleanup simple enough for kids and parents alike.
In her free time, Rachel loves baking, decorating, and restoring old furniture—always finding new ways to give things a second life.
Milain
Lead - Professional Organizer
Milain has a gift for helping clients feel comfortable from the moment she walks through the door. Her encouraging attitude, attention to detail, and genuine love for helping others make even the most overwhelming projects feel manageable.
Originally from a farm in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley, Milain has proudly called Texas home for more than 25 years. She is a devoted wife and mom to two daughters and understands how important practical organizing systems are for busy families.
Closets and bathrooms are her favorite spaces to organize because she loves creating routines that help clients start and end each day with less stress and more ease.
Outside of work, Milain enjoys volunteering, traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
Angela.C
Lead - Professional Organizer
Angela brings a calming, hardworking energy to our team, paired with a keen eye for design that transforms every space she touches.
Originally from Oklahoma, Angela has called Dallas home for the past 20 years. She is happily married and a proud mom to three grown sons.
Angela’s favorite spaces to organize are kitchens and pantries, which she considers the heart of the home. She loves creating warm, functional spaces where families naturally gather and enjoys the instant transformation a well-organized pantry can bring.
When she’s not organizing, Angela enjoys reading, walking, and tackling DIY projects that inspire her creativity.
Dana
Professional Organizer
Dana's caring nature and thoughtful approach help clients feel supported throughout the organizing process. She enjoys listening first, understanding each family's needs, and creating solutions that truly work for the way they live.
Raised in a military family, Dana has lived all over the world before proudly calling Dallas home. She and her husband share their home with a lively mix of rescue dogs, birds, a cat, and foster animals.
With a background in Interior Design and Art History, Dana especially enjoys projects where thoughtful planning and creative problem-solving come together.
Outside of work, she volunteers with local animal rescue organizations, Meals on Wheels, and her church., embodying her generous spirit in every aspect of her life.
Holly
Professional Organizer
Holly believes that an organized home creates space for what matters most—time with family. Her calm demeanor, patience, and thoughtful approach help clients feel supported throughout every project.
After relocating from California to Dallas to be closer to her daughter's family, Holly now enjoys spending as much time as possible with her three energetic grandchildren.
Kitchens and closets are her favorite spaces because she loves helping clients simplify their daily routines and make everyday tasks feel easier.
When she's away from work, Holly enjoys traveling, running, gardening, and being active in her church community.
Helene
Professional Organizer
Helene believes that organization should make life feel lighter—not more complicated. Her relaxed, down-to-earth personality helps clients feel comfortable as she guides them through the organizing process with encouragement and a sense of humor.
A lifelong Texan, Helene enjoys creating organized spaces that reflect each client's lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. She believes the best organizing systems are the ones that are simple enough to maintain.
When she's not helping clients, Helene enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing on the golf course.
Kristie
Professional Organizer
Kristie enjoys helping busy families create organized homes that support their everyday lives. She loves building simple systems that help clients stay organized long after the project is complete.
Originally from Boston, Kristie is proud to be part of a military family. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with their son and daughter and all of their activities.
Closets and garages are her favorite projects because she enjoys bringing order to spaces that often become catch-all storage areas.
Outside of organizing, Kristie enjoys crafting, working out, and traveling with her family.
Amy
Operations Manager
Amy is the organizational engine behind Organized Calm. From coordinating inventory to ensuring every project has the right products at the right time, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the organizing team can focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Originally from Canada, Amy has spent most of her life in the Dallas area. She and her husband are proud parents of teen triplets and two energetic Goldendoodles, so organization has always been part of her everyday life.
When she's not supporting the team, Amy enjoys decorating, attending live music events, and volunteering with children's cancer foundations.
